At storageshedsdirect.com we are not just interested in selling you a shed to make a quick buck, It is our priority to provide you our customer with a shed that eactly serves your needs.There are many to choose from and that is why we try to describe the key features and character of every single shed in out store as accurately as possible with out fluff, so you our customer can learn about our products and know what you are buying.

Many of our compeditors don't even bother to describe their sheds. They just list a few features and expect you to buy them, only to discover later you got something entirely different from what you expected.

Our policy is to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated when we go to a store, and that is with respect for ones itellengence and ability to make a descerning choice given the right information and to give our customers value for money. And since we also have lower overheads than some other retailers, we  are able to pass those savings on to you. So it's a win-win situation!


Will I need a building permit to set up my storage building?

 In many cases, a permit is not likely to be required, since most sheds are not regarded as permanent structures, and they can be moved if neccessary. However; there are certain instances - such as in certain residential associations (e.g. condominium associations) where such structures are not allowed. In addition, some municipalities require permission to set these up. Therefore, just as is the case with property taxes, we advise that you check your local regulations before you buy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience and for faster delivery, we accept PayPal, and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover). Your credit card statement will show the charge from; "Soul Ecom Services LLC". If you wish to pay by check or money order, simply contact us at info@storageshedsdirect.com for payment instructions. 


How are our structures delivered?

Most of our products are shipped via motor freight using any of the following carriers: ABF, Landair, Con-Way, Roadway, or FedEx.


Do I need to be home when the building arrives?

The customer must be present and provide a way to get the boxes off the truck. A handtruck is the preferred method although liftgate service is provided at an additional charge. The customer must also sign upon receiving the shipment.


Why are you requiring my daytime phone number?

We need your daytime phone number so that the trucking company can contact you to schedule delivery of your goods.


Do you offer a warranty?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States and come with full manufactures warranty. 


Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our refunds and returns policy.


What do I do if my goods arrive and the packaging is ripped or damaged?

Customers are advised to not accept goods at point of delivery it packaging is  badly damaged. If goods got damaged in transit,  the transport company is obliged to return and replace the goods free of charge provided customer has not opened packaging. We will galdly arrange for goods to be re-shipped as soon as possible, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our refunds and returns policy.
